Q: I saw your awesome bags at a show, but I didn’t buy one. Now I really wish I had - what should I do?
A: Great question! Don’t worry – it’s not too late. I’m still happy to sell you a bag! You can order from this site. If you don't see what you want listed here, just contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 651-276-3050 and let me know what you want.
Q: Do you have a store I can just go to?
A: Nope, not a brick and mortar store. I’ve been selling at various shows and events for the past couple decades and I’m happy to take web, phone, and email orders.
Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer?
A: There are few guarantees in life, but our bags are under warranty. It's rare, but if you have any problem with the materials or workmanship of a bag I sold you online or at a show, just contact me and I’ll replace it with the same or comparable bag.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Through this website, I only accept payment through Pay Pal. When you order, you will choose your items and colors, then enter your shipping/billing address. Once you submit that, you will be taken to Pay Pal for your choice of payment type. Your receipt from Pay Pal will show the name Heather James (my very lovely bride). We do not see any of your credit card information. If you prefer to pay in a different way, please feel free to contact us directly.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?I use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. The prices shown below are for Ground USPS shipping within the continental U.S. If you need a bag(s) shipped outside of the continental US - or if you need a different kind of shipping - contact me directly to arrange the details and price. Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: That depends on if I have it in stock, and if I’m in town or away at a show. I generally check my emails Monday through Friday, and am available by phone.
