Q: This online store is new. What's the occasion?
A: Well, my business used to be 100% in-person at events where hundreds of people would attend at a time. Since COVID-19 struck, all of those events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice. But I still need to work and you all need your backpacks, tactical bags, gear bags, and utility bags! So I put together this website to make that happen. Hope you like it!

Q: Do you have a store I can just go to?
A: Nope, not a brick and mortar store. I’ve been selling at various shows and events for the past couple decades and I’m happy to take web, phone, and email orders.
Q: What if there is a problem with a bag I bought from you, or if I just don't like it?
It's uncommon, but this can happen. Please refer to our Refund Policy and contact me if you have questions. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or I'll make it right.

A: I use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. The prices shown below are for Ground USPS shipping within the continental U.S. If you need a bag(s) shipped outside of the continental US - or if you need a different kind of shipping - contact me directly to arrange the details and price.

A: That depends on if I have it in stock, and if I’m in town or away at a show. I generally check my emails Monday through Friday, and am available by phone.
